Location: Must work onsite in Frisco, TX (4-5 days a week). Must be a US citizen.

Salary: $92,040 – $174,840

What you will do

• Lead the development of enterprise business architecture, including capability models and value streams.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable frameworks and initiatives to align strategy with execution.
• Drive enterprise-wide transformation, process optimization, and organizational design.
• Partner with executive stakeholders and IT leadership to ensure alignment across business and technology domains.
• Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies to recommend and implement improvements.
• Mentor junior architects and analysts.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen (government client requirement).
• Must work onsite in Frisco, TX (4-5 days a week).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or management consulting.
• Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation or modernization initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of BIZBOK or TOGAF frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience in public sector or regulated environments (e.g., DMV, transportation).
• BIZBOK or TOGAF certification.
• Experience with digital transformation, cloud migration, or enterprise system implementations.
• Familiarity with modeling tools like LeanIX, ArchiMate, Visio, or Sparx EA.
• MBA or advanced degree.
