What you will do

• Create and deliver solution designs, proposed architectures, and business outcomes for developers, architects, CTOs, and CIOs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Services, Support, Training, Engineering) to align hirify.global’s vision with customer needs.
• Run discovery and requirements workshops to advise customers on use-case patterns.
• Convert customer feedback into actionable product roadmap inputs.
• Define and execute technical selling strategy with teammates and management.
• Participate in the hirify.global community through evangelism and contributions to knowledge repositories.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar solutions/sales engineering role selling to enterprise business leaders and technical champions.
• Strong experience with AI ecosystems, including agentic AI and generative AI solutions and AI development tools.
• Experience in solution architecture/engineering: listen to requirements, whiteboard, propose architectures, and be hands-on to demonstrate value.
• Hands-on knowledge of the Apache Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, YARN) and related components (Spark, Hive, Impala, Kudu, Solr, etc.).
• Experience with public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud) and interest in obtaining a public cloud certification.
• Experience with Linux and distributed container platforms (Kubernetes or OpenShift); plus familiarity with data lakes, data warehousing principles, SQL, and relational database patterns.
