What you will do

• Architect and operate end-to-end data pipelines to support analytics, BI, and strategic decision-making.
• Ingest and harmonize data from multiple sources while validating lineage and data quality.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to productionize models and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain scalable data models, schemas, and comprehensive data dictionaries.
• Implement data quality monitoring and alerting frameworks across the data landscape.
• Automate data workflows and deployment pipelines to enhance system reliability and speed.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of practical data engineering experience building robust pipelines.
• Advanced SQL expertise, including analytical functions and complex joins.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tooling and orchestration platforms such as Airflow and dbt.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java.
• Strong foundation in cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern data storage.
• Must be based in the New York region.
