Location: Must be based in Addison, TX

Salary: $41,000–$55,000 (plus commission)

What you will do

  • Schedule highly qualified meetings for field sales teams using defined methodologies.
  • Manage lead generation and follow-up activities for inbound leads within the assigned territory.
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator to drive territory impact.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams on messaging and field campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed weekly activity metrics including calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Participate in regular training to master the competitive landscape and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be located in or able to work from Addison, TX.
  • Competitive mentality with a strong drive to exceed performance targets.
  • Eagerness to learn and openness to continuous feedback.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across internal and external business partners.

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS or Security sales.
