What you will do

• Provide technical and customer support for web hosting and online presence products.
• Troubleshoot website, email, and hosting-related issues.
• Support customers using website development tools, WordPress, and content management systems.
• Help creators, local businesses, and organizations improve their online success.
• Deliver professional, solutions-oriented service while supporting sales and performance targets.

Requirements

• At least second-year college level or graduation from any two-year course.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances.
• Strong motivation, target-driven approach, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules.

Nice to have

• At least six months of sales or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of website development, web hosting, WordPress, content management systems, or basic email troubleshooting.
