TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Bellevue, WA with in-person attendance expected at least three days per week.
Salary: $161,138 - $200,000 per year

What you will do
- Research and implement cutting-edge ML models, including transformer-based architectures and large foundational models.
- Develop scalable ranking and recommendation systems using collaborative and content-based filtering.
- Design reinforcement learning algorithms and multi-armed bandit strategies to optimize decision-making.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate model performance and business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into core product experiences.
- Build reusable ML libraries and maintain comprehensive documentation for experiments and models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 1+ year of experience.
- Proven experience in productionizing ML models for recommendations, ranking, or personalization.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, XGBoost, and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with distributed, high-scale ML application architectures.
- Experience with big data and infrastructure tools such as Spark, Kafka, or Kubernetes.
- Ability to produce robust business outcomes through comprehensive statistical analysis and A/B testing.
