Location

Location: US, Oregon, Hillsboro. On-site presence required.

Salary: $140,830.00–198,820.00 USD (annual range for US locations).

What you will do

• Manage supplier safety/quality issues and drive supplier MQI closure performance, including leading 8D work and prevention plan closure.
• Improve factory Manufacturing Availability (MA) and coordinate with factory teams on supplier labor and supplier performance issues.
• Drive MA performance across limiting toolsets by defining problems, building roadmaps, and escalating/engaging suppliers to resolve limiting module issues.
• Improve factory cost structures, support outcome-based contracting, and identify cost savings opportunities.
• Conduct cost control, process optimization, and production yield studies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Establish control standards and KPIs, monitor performance, run quality excursion processes, and perform failure mode analysis with suppliers and Quality teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical field with 4+ years of experience, or PhD with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience must include semiconductor factory operations, supply chain engineering, or supplier management.
• Experience with root cause analysis and model based problem solving (MBPS), KPI development, and performance tracking for supply chain operations.
• On-site presence required in Hillsboro, Oregon (US).
