• Act as a strategic data partner to Product and Engineering leadership within the Productivity group.
• Define and own the long-term measurement strategy for collaboration, workflows, and AI-assisted features.
• Lead complex, multi-squad experimentation and establish robust decision-making frameworks.
• Align metrics across interconnected product surfaces to ensure consistent downstream impact.
• Coach and grow senior data scientists while fostering a culture of strategic thinking.
• Anticipate future risks and growth opportunities through proactive insight generation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior data leader and trusted partner to Product leadership.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to connect multiple product surfaces into a unified strategy.
• Expertise in experimentation and navigating ambiguous, exploratory problem spaces.
• Fluency in SQL and professional experience with Python or R.
• Demonstrated impact in high-growth or zero-to-one product environments.
• Experience defining success frameworks and north-star metrics for new product categories.
