What you will do

• Identify opportunities to attract new users, increase engagement, and drive retention to shape long-term product strategy
• Influence roadmaps with data-driven insights into user behaviors and needs
• Design metrics and ETL pipelines to evaluate business health and product success
• Drive experimentation from design to analysis to inform investment decisions
• Build self-serve tools for product and engineering teams to boost data literacy
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to integrate insights into products
• Mentor junior data scientists and improve organizational processes

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or Operations Research
• For M.S.: 10+ years; for Ph.D.: 6+ years in applied/data science
• Expert SQL and relational databases
• Statistical analysis with R/Python
• Experience influencing product strategy with data
• Solve ambiguous problems hypothesis-driven with causal inference
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders
• Mentoring and process improvement experience
