What you will do

• Represent the company on-site as the primary leader and problem solver during events.
• Manage event check-in processes and provide a welcoming experience for all guests.
• Coordinate with venue staff, nonprofit partners, and corporate clients to ensure seamless execution.
• Handle on-site troubleshooting, including technology issues, staffing gaps, or supply shortages.
• Oversee event setup, breakdown, site cleaning, and the repacking/shipping of materials.
• Provide real-time updates, photos, and videos to the central Events Team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Seattle, WA.
• Proven experience in managing complex, large-scale, and executive-level events.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to manage group dynamics.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
• Physical ability to lift, slide, and carry up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
