What you will do

• Represent the company on-site as the primary leader and problem solver during events.
• Coordinate with corporate partners, nonprofit hosts, and venue staff to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage the check-in process and provide a welcoming environment for all guests.
• Handle on-site logistics including setup, breakdown, and site cleanup.
• Troubleshoot issues such as missing supplies, technology challenges, or staffing delays.
• Provide consistent updates, photos, and videos to the central events team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Courbevoie, France.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in executing complex, large-scale, and executive-level events.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
• Resourcefulness and ability to problem-solve under pressure.
