What you will do

• Provide tactical day-to-day operational support for CMC project activities including meeting management and action tracking.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Planisware to ensure alignment with regulatory and portfolio priorities.
• Coordinate across functional areas such as process development, analytical, formulation, and supply chain.
• Prepare project management deliverables including reports, dashboards, and risk assessments.
• Support project leaders in managing multiple projects and teams across various locations.
• Foster teamwork and clear communication within multidisciplinary project environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry with at least 1 year in project management.
• BS, MS, or PhD in a scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical or Biomedical Engineering).
• Experience working with CDMOs to support outsourced development and manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Planisware or equivalent scheduling software.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to engage in technical and scientific discussions regarding CMC development.

Nice to have

• Broad understanding of CMC including small molecule, biologics, or vaccine development.
• Formal project management certification such as PMP.
• Knowledge of cGXP guidelines and pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
