Location: Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite in listed countries (Europe, USA, Mexico). Must align with Pacific Time Zone working hours.

Salary: EUR 2,500–4,300 per month (gross).

What you will do

• Build hierarchical and multi-agent RAG systems using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Implement advanced retrieval techniques including semantic chunking, late/latent chunking, and re-ranking models.
• Develop ingestion and parsing workflows using Unstructured.io and Pydantic.
• Deploy services using Docker, AWS ECS, and Lambda within an event-driven architecture.
• Define and monitor evaluation metrics to improve retrieval quality and response accuracy.
• Collaborate with distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• 5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience with production-grade Python.
• Proven experience with agentic RAG (hierarchical or multi-agent architectures).
• Expertise in RAG evaluation and advanced retrieval strategies.
• Proficiency with document intelligence services (AWS Textract, Azure Document Intelligence).
• Experience with AWS cloud-native development (Docker, ECS, Lambda).
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above required.

Nice to have

• Experience with LlamaIndex, Vision-Language Models (VLMs), or model fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, Azure embeddings, or GCP Vertex AI.
• Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) or publications in AI (CV/NLP).
