What you will do

• Define and deliver retail strategy challenges such as brand positioning, portfolio strategies, and go-to-market model reshaping.
• Support transformation programs including omnichannel strategy, pricing optimization, category development, and operational redesign.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to produce actionable insights for clients.
• Contribute to project framing, client interviews, benchmarking, and co-creation of recommendations.
• Work in agile, multidisciplinary teams with frequent exposure to C-level management.

Requirements

• Around 4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategic role in a retail or consumer goods company.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Fluency in French or Dutch and English.
• Ability to switch between strategic vision and operational detail, speaking both business and numbers fluently.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with willingness to build expertise quickly.
