What you will do

• Lead the analysis of complex business challenges to develop robust, actionable strategies.
• Manage project teams and ensure high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations.
• Act as a client-facing lead for growth, loyalty, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Mentor and support a multidisciplinary team of strategists, designers, and innovators.
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key client partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in a reputable consulting firm.
• Fluent in both Portuguese and English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and trend identification.
• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice to have

• Expertise in customer and marketing, commerce, loyalty, or technology project consultancy.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German.
