What you will do

• Execute project assignments including data structuring, benchmarking, and process mapping.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate client workshops.
• Develop functional specifications and synthesize analytical findings into actionable conclusions.
• Take on team leadership responsibilities by coaching new hires and junior consultants.
• Contribute to internal knowledge creation through publications, seminars, and workshops.

Requirements

• University Master degree in Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, Applied Economics, or Management.
• 3 to 6 years of experience as a consultant.
• Trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English, with Dutch being a mandatory requirement.
• Strong interest in the Financial Services sector and AI-related topics.
• Must be eligible to work in Belgium as no work permit sponsorship is provided.
• Willingness to participate in temporary assignments abroad, specifically in France and the Netherlands.
