What you will do
- Lead presales engagements to design feasible solution visions and delivery roadmaps.
- Translate complex banking requirements into transformation paths covering operating models, data, and architecture.
- Advise clients on transformation readiness, risks, and change implications.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level leaders on technology-driven modernization.
- Shape multi-year transformation roadmaps for payments, core banking, and cash management.
- Lead co-design sessions, architecture workshops, and partner orchestration.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in consultancies, professional services, or software companies.
- Strong focus on banking technology, specifically core banking.
- Experience in corporate banking, global transaction banking, cash management, and payments.
- Proven experience shaping or leading large-scale transformation programs.
- Ability to translate complex banking landscapes into executable transformation concepts.
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to support complex presales pursuits.
