What you will do

• Draft accurate financial exhibits for quarterly and annual client meetings.
• Review client utilization reports using carrier data and analytics platforms.
• Calculate actuarial values to price out plan design changes.
• Draft cost projections for renewals and benefit plan offerings.
• Analyze industry benchmarks to demonstrate client competitiveness.
• Maintain accurate market information in internal databases.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or insurance brokerage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Accounting.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple and changing client priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
