TL;DR

Salary: $30–$33.65 per hour

What you will do

  • Assist clients and employees with benefit-related questions and billing concerns.
  • Support open enrollment meetings, presentations, and claims troubleshooting.
  • Manage membership and eligibility changes within internal systems.
  • Provide guidance on compliance topics such as FMLA, COBRA, and disability insurance.
  • Collaborate with consultants and sales teams to maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Act as phone backup and handle overflow service tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Rosemont, IL.
  • Two or more years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a broker agency or benefits administration firm.
  • Familiarity with insurance carrier websites and database applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
