Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day client requests and ensure a positive overall experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service, delivery, and billing issues.
• Track and coordinate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual production activities.
• Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and service requirements.
• Prepare status reports and other client-related documentation.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, client service, or administrative support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Must be based in Kansas City, MO
