Manufacturing Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Location: Onsite at the Franklin, New Hampshire manufacturing facility, United States; 3rd shift.

What you will do

• Oversee 3rd-shift production and material-handling operations for approximately 30 hourly employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, delivery, budget, and cost-control standards.
• Lead daily Gemba walks and KPI board reviews to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Review production and operating reports and resolve operational, maintenance, and process challenges.
• Organize workflow and resources to meet production plans and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and operations peers on major process and quality issues, facility planning, plant layout, capital planning, and manufacturing improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years of experience or equivalent education and work experience may substitute.
• Demonstrated experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles and strong knowledge of manufacturing operating systems.
• Advanced decision-making experience and the ability to manage operational challenges.
• Supervisory and leadership skills with effective communication and employee engagement.
• Must work onsite at the Franklin, NH location.
• Must establish employment eligibility and successfully complete background checks and required pre-employment testing.
