Solutions Engineer (AI): Partnering with customers to ensure they achieve tangible business value from hirify.global's AI models through ChatGPT and the hirify.global API, with an accent on guiding AI strategy and identifying high-value use cases. Focus on demonstrating solutions, recommending architectural patterns, and facilitating the pre-sales experience.

Location: This role is based in Seoul, South Korea. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

What you will do

• Deliver an exceptional pre-sales customer experience and provide technical expertise.
• Demonstrate the value of the ChatGPT business product through demos, use case scoping, and proofs of concept.
• Serve as the first line of defense for security and compliance questions, guiding customers to relevant resources.
• Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs related to common pre-sales questions.
• Develop and nurture strong customer relationships during the evaluation and purchasing process.
• Foster customer advocacy and represent the voice of the customer with internal teams for product planning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or similar role, managing relationships with large, global, and complex organizations, preferably with a technical enterprise product.
• Solid track record of delivering and scaling an exceptional pre-sales customer experience.
• Experience providing higher-level security and compliance support with a thorough understanding of IT security principles for B2B SaaS products.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly when engaging with executives and leaders.
• Personally committed to fostering the safe and ethical evolution of AI.
