What you will do

• Identify and develop partnerships with key System Integrators across Quality Engineering and Enterprise Application practices.
• Develop and execute joint strategic plans to drive revenue growth and meet business goals.
• Serve as the primary advocate for hirify.global within the alliance, engaging with executive and sales teams.
• Lead and optimize sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through co-sales strategies.
• Plan and execute regional workshops to empower partners on business and technical value propositions.
• Manage the assigned territory pipeline and collaborate with Account Executives to close new business opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant strategic partner or channels experience.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding quota targets.
• Experience working at or supporting a Global System Integrator.
• Background in software, SaaS, ERPs, DevOps, and Application Implementations.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to cultivate relationships with strategic decision-makers.
