What you will do
- Define vision and strategy for landing pages/websites (including quizzes and lead forms) in collaboration with paid media, engineering, and design teams.
- Support CRO developers in running A/B and multivariate experiments using testing platforms such as VWO, Optimizely, and Convert.
- Assess current client pages and prioritize innovation and development of new pages based on conversion opportunity.
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data (usability studies, market research, and customer behavior analysis) to inform optimization.
- Help formulate testing hypotheses, testing plans, and testing roadmaps; monitor and report results and recommend next steps.
- Coordinate deliverables and deadlines for multiple clients (2–4) and communicate directly with clients to align goals, status, and feedback.
Requirements
- 1+ years of growth marketing experience (agency preferred, in-house acceptable).
- Knowledge of growth marketing levers and how key metrics affect each other.
- Basic understanding of pixels and tracking, with experience using GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Strong internal and external communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams and proactively flag issues with potential solutions.
Nice to have
- 1+ years formulating optimization strategy and executing A/B, multivariate, multi-page, and funnel testing.
- Experience with testing platforms such as VWO, Convert, or Optimizely.
- Experience with qualitative user behavior tools such as MS Clarity, Hotjar, CrazyEgg, Lyssna, or UserBrain.
