Location: Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Own and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy across the LATAM region.
  • Translate business goals into integrated, full-funnel marketing plans across performance, brand, and offline channels.
  • Lead the development of strong local brand positioning while ensuring cultural relevance.
  • Manage large marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and efficiency.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing, matrix-structured team across multiple markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Product, Operations, and Analytics to deliver scalable initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in digital consumer marketing, including 4–5 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling marketing teams in multicultural environments.
  • Strong experience with mobile-first products, preferably in ride-hailing or marketplaces.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Ability to influence senior executives and manage large-scale marketing strategies.
  • Highly data-driven approach to turning insights into actionable strategies.
