What you will do

• Design patient-specific prosthetic implants and dedicated surgical instruments.
• Perform 3D reconstruction of anatomical segments using patient CT scan data.
• Manage the full project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of custom solutions.
• Analyze and optimize design processes and sub-processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering with a solid mechanical background.
• 1–2 years of experience in technical departments of mechanical or manufacturing companies.
• Proficiency in CAD and PLM systems.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical and mechanical drawings.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and Italian proficiency.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
