What you will do

• Track orders from confirmation through to delivery to support timely fulfilment.
• Collaborate with sales teams, partners, and vendors to manage complex orders.
• Provide first-level support for post-sales questions and order updates.
• Maintain accurate records and follow internal documentation requirements.
• Support sales and finance teams with basic order, billing, and data-entry tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or order processing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and face-to-face.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
