What you will do
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety tours.
- Support Construction Phase Plans, RAMS, and safe systems of work.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Monitor compliance with CDM 2015 and UK health and safety legislation.
- Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
- Produce SHEQ reports, KPIs, and management information.
Requirements
- NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum).
- Experience in SHEQ or HSE Advisor roles within high-risk engineering or construction.
- Strong understanding of CDM 2015 and UK H&S legislation.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Willingness to travel across the UK.
