What you will do

• Review, maintain, and monitor compliance with Health and Safety management systems, including ISO45001 and Achilles B2 standards.
• Support employees and management in implementing H&S policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver Health and Safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks to maintain competency across the business.
• Prepare and review critical Health and Safety documentation.
• Conduct site and office inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

Requirements

• Relevant industry experience in the energy or power sector.
• NEBOSH General or NEBOSH construction certificate.
• CSCS, SMSTS, and CDM awareness.
• Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
• Ability to work independently on-site and collaborate with staff at all levels.
