What you will do

• Manage commercial reporting and project delivery to maximize profit targets.
• Oversee and manage multiple subcontract packages across distribution projects.
• Perform financial forecasting and Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs).
• Utilize ERP systems such as Coins, Causeway, or SAP for commercial tracking.
• Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to ensure achievement of financial goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Laindon, Essex.
• Degree qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience in Utilities, Infrastructure, or major projects, specifically with a contractor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Full driving license is required for travel to sites.
