What you will do

• Negotiate and manage terms for specialist subcontracts and supply chain accounts.
• Monitor contract performance, track obligations, and perform site visits to ensure project progress.
• Produce monthly Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) and Earned Value Analysis reports.
• Collaborate with project teams to evaluate budget changes and capture cost variances.
• Validate subcontract applications and prepare monthly valuations.
• Ensure strict compliance with JCT contract terms and resolve outstanding commercial issues.

Requirements

• Must be highly computer literate with confidence in managing large data sets in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel throughout the South East of the UK.
• Must be confident in client-facing roles.
• DBS check required.
