What you will do

• Assist with preparing cost estimates and project budgets.
• Support cost planning exercises to help projects remain within financial constraints.
• Learn about procurement strategies and assist in the preparation of tender documents and evaluation of contractor bids.
• Support the preparation of cost reports and identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Track project expenditure to ensure value for money.
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to support cost-effective project delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field (e.g., Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería Civil).
• Detail‑oriented and numerate, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to manage workload, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
