What you will do

• Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone and email.
• Resolve complex technical issues related to installation, operation, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software application problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Document customer communications and recurring technical issues to support product quality.
• Collaborate with software/hardware engineering, product management, and sales teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting network protocols.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols including BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, EVPN, and IPv4/IPv6.
• Strong comfort level with Linux is highly desired.
• Experience with troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, or IXIA.
• B.S. or M.S. in a technical field (CS/EE preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with programming or scripting (Python, C++, Java, Perl, JavaScript, shell).
• Prior TAC experience.
• Industry certifications.
