What you will do

• Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone and email.
• Resolve complex technical concerns related to installation, operation, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Document customer communications and recurring technical issues to support product development.
• Collaborate with software and hardware engineering teams to diagnose and resolve problems.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of hands-on experience in networking, including designing, deploying, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols such as BGP, OSPF, IPv4/IPv6, MPLS, and VLANs.
• Master's degree in a technical field (CS/EE/ITP preferred).
• Strong comfort level with Linux.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with troubleshooting tools like IXIA, tcpdump, and Wireshark.
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Prior TAC experience or industry certifications.
