What you will do

  • Set a vision for experience transformation by drawing inspiration from industry leaders.
  • Identify and address critical barriers in the customer journey through omnichannel planning and workshops.
  • Partner with analytics teams to iterate and optimize omnichannel strategies.
  • Author tactical briefs and ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of strategy professionals.
  • Support new business initiatives by contributing strategic insights and participating in pitches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in Omnichannel, Experience, or Digital Strategy.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare Marketing industries.
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and marketing automation platforms like Veeva or Salesforce.
  • Adept at using AI systems and frameworks.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of real-time engine solutions.
  • Experience with new business pitches.
