Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in software engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Spring Framework, Kafka, and Redis.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Maven.
• Must be based in Austin, TX and able to work in a hybrid office setting.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML tools and technologies including RAG, fine-tuning, and context engineering.
