What you will do

• Design and document scalable, secure technical architectures for Fintech integrations.
• Develop and maintain robust API integrations using RESTful APIs and webhooks.
• Lead the creation and evangelism of multi-language SDKs in Java, Python, Node.js, and Go.
• Apply AI-native principles to optimize workflows and enhance solution quality.
• Conduct A/B testing and funnel optimization using advanced analytical techniques.
• Mentor fellow engineers and provide technical leadership for complex programming challenges.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, preferably within the Fintech industry.
• Deep expertise in API design (REST, GraphQL), data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in at least one server-side language such as Java, Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of secure coding and protocols including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Specialized knowledge of payment processing technologies.
