What you will do

• Design and document scalable technical architectures for integrating Fintech solutions with client systems.
• Develop and maintain robust API integrations utilizing RESTful APIs, webhooks, and complex data mappings.
• Drive the design and maintenance of multi-language SDKs (Java, Python, Node.js, Go) to accelerate client onboarding.
• Apply AI-native principles to software engineering to optimize workflows and accelerate product delivery.
• Design and conduct experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, to drive funnel optimization.
• Mentor fellow engineers and provide technical leadership for a small team solving complex design problems.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering or integration, preferably within the Fintech industry.
• Proficiency in at least one server-side language such as Java, Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Deep understanding of API design principles (REST, GraphQL) and secure protocols like OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Location: Must be based in Mountain View, California
