What you will do

• Architect and implement scalable backend microservices for Payments, Disbursements, or GRC squads.
• Design and manage infrastructure capable of handling millions of daily requests with high security.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams to deliver holistic financial solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices across the team.
• Utilize Google Cloud services to maintain and evolve distributed systems.
• Refine platform capabilities based on user feedback and system analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent or advanced English proficiency.
• Proven track record of building and shipping applications in the fintech domain.
• Solid foundation in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience designing and implementing web services, including REST APIs.
• Familiarity with architectural patterns like Hexagonal or Event-Driven Architecture.
