TL;DR

Medical Science Liaison (Hematology/Oncology): Serving as a field-based scientific expert for Cutaneous T Cell Lymphoma (CTCL) therapies with an accent on peer-to-peer scientific exchange and KOL relationship management. Focus on driving clinical understanding, supporting product launches, and ensuring compliance within the Midwest territory.

Location: Must be based in the Midwest territory (IL, WI, MN, MO, AR, KS, NE, IA, SD, ND)

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Act as the primary field-based scientific expert for CTCL and related therapies.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Facilitate scientific exchange and respond to unsolicited requests for clinical information.
  • Collaborate with commercial and R&D teams to support clinical protocols and site engagement.
  • Represent the company at medical meetings, congresses, and advisory boards.
  • Ensure strict adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines governing scientific interactions.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, MSN, or NP/PA) strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of MSL experience (3+ years for Senior level) with oncology focus.
  • Prior product launch experience required.
  • Ability to travel frequently (70%) within the assigned Midwest territory.
  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to present complex scientific data to healthcare professionals.
  • Working knowledge of NCCN guidelines and payer systems.

Nice to have

  • Hematology/Oncology specific experience.
  • Experience with NCI Cooperative Groups and Oncology Research Consortiums.
  • Ability to present to formulary and P&T committees.
