What you will do

• Develop strategic and scientifically accurate medical education materials.
• Write and review medical communications content for diverse therapeutic areas.
• Conduct literature searches and data analysis to support project goals.
• Manage submission processes for medical, legal, and regulatory review.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Guide scientific associates and junior team members on project execution.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) required.
• 1-2 years of experience in an agency or pharmaceutical industry setting.
• Strong scientific writing and presentation capabilities.
• Proven project management and literature research expertise.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in New York, NY.
