Director, Workforce Analytics

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; office attendance at least four days per week with one day of work from home. Remote work may be considered for qualified candidates who are not located close to a physical office.

Base salary: $110,200–$193,500 per year, plus potential variable compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and integrate the human capital analytics roadmap and data strategy across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead the identification, prioritization, development, testing, and implementation of sophisticated analytics and predictive modeling use cases.
• Establish data governance practices, monitor data access and quality, and streamline how business partners consume workforce data.
• Use statistics, data visualization, and large internal and external datasets to produce actionable executive-level insights.
• Build self-service analytics tools and support adoption of data-driven decision-making across HR and business functions.
• Provide strategic direction, coaching, performance management, and career development for the analytics team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with statistical programming and modeling using SAS, R, Python, SQL, or similar tools in a data-rich environment.
• Experience with data visualization, business modeling, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and communicate complex technical material to less technical stakeholders.
• Ability to apply strategic and analytical techniques to develop business solutions and recommendations.
• Must have valid US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences, finance, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• SAS or SQL certification.
• Workday or Prism knowledge and experience.
• Prior experience leading a data analytics team.
