• Identify and communicate sales leads, upgrades, and consumable opportunities.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and report product quality issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in or around Chicago, Illinois.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including short-notice travel and international trips for training.
• Valid passport required.
• Proven experience in electro-mechanical troubleshooting and automated systems.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and proactive workload management.
• Associate degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent professional experience.
