hirify.global is a US-based manufacturer and provider of premium custom glass solutions for residential and commercial projects with production facilities in the US and Europe.

What you will do

  • Own and optimize CRM operations, pipeline structure, and inbound lead workflows.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5+ sales representatives to exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage high-volume inbound lead flow to ensure fast response times and high conversion rates.
  • Establish and enforce call quality and communication standards for US-based clients.
  • Drive sales performance through structured reporting, dashboards, and data-backed initiatives.
  • Collaborate across functions to improve sales processes and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of relevant sales experience with a focus on revenue growth.
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience leading sales teams.
  • Fluent English for working with US-based clients.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.
  • Experience managing inbound sales in a high-volume B2C or B2B environment.
  • Must be available to work 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

Nice to have

  • Track record of increasing B2C/B2B conversion rates.
  • Experience with AI tools and structured sales playbooks.
  • Expertise in CRM optimization and pipeline improvement.
