What you will do
- Own and optimize CRM operations, pipeline structure, and inbound lead workflows.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5+ sales representatives to exceed revenue targets.
- Manage high-volume inbound lead flow to ensure fast response times and high conversion rates.
- Establish and enforce call quality and communication standards for US-based clients.
- Drive sales performance through structured reporting, dashboards, and data-backed initiatives.
- Collaborate across functions to improve sales processes and customer engagement.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant sales experience with a focus on revenue growth.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience leading sales teams.
- Fluent English for working with US-based clients.
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.
- Experience managing inbound sales in a high-volume B2C or B2B environment.
- Must be available to work 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

- Track record of increasing B2C/B2B conversion rates.
- Experience with AI tools and structured sales playbooks.
