TL;DR

Head of Sales (SaaS): Leading sales activities and strategy for EHS Augmented and Connected Worker solutions with an accent on complex international deal negotiation and channel-based growth. Focus on building scalable sales processes, managing high-performing teams, and driving revenue in the asset-intensive and manufacturing industries.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Lisbon or Leiria office at least 3 days per week

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive new business growth.
  • Build and manage a scalable sales process to maximize pipeline efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, BDRs, and Presales.
  • Manage key account relationships and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Industrial Software and/or SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • 360º sales experience including inbound, outbound, inside, field, and channel-based sales.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
  • Understanding of the EHS market landscape and customer pain points.

Nice to have

  • BSc degree in Business Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Fluency in another European language.
