What you will do

  • Develop and implement B2B marketing plans for the UK, Ireland, and Netherlands markets aligned with global strategies.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns spanning social media, digital advertising, email, and content marketing.
  • Plan and deliver external events following global guidelines and concepts.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to analyze channel performance and optimize campaigns for measurable growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including agencies and graphic designers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in executing digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing).
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Qlik Sense.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a beneficial addition.
  • Strong expertise in brand reputation management and customer segmentation.

Nice to have

  • CIM qualification in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Experience working within an international brand or organization.
