What you will do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
  • Formulate and execute target sales plans to meet daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs.
  • Maintain and manage an accurate exhibitor database and client records.
  • Follow up on contracts and ensure timely payment recovery.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior management at exhibitor companies.
  • Adhere to internal financial procedures and contract regulations.

Requirements

  • Mandarin: Fluent/Native proficiency required
  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in exhibition sales.
  • Proven ability in telesales, cold calling, and public relations.
  • Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure sales targets.
