What you will do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Formulate and execute target sales plans to meet daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs.
- Maintain and manage an accurate exhibitor database and client records.
- Follow up on contracts and ensure timely payment recovery.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior management at exhibitor companies.
- Adhere to internal financial procedures and contract regulations.
Requirements
- Mandarin: Fluent/Native proficiency required
- Associate degree or higher.
- Minimum of two years of experience in exhibition sales.
- Proven ability in telesales, cold calling, and public relations.
- Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure sales targets.
