What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and project managers.
• Participate in solution design and validation phases.
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered IT solutions.
• Support testing phases (UAT) and assist in issue resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Fluent English, French, and Dutch are strictly required for stakeholder interaction.
• Strong experience in IT projects such as software development or digital transformation.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
