What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for cloud contact center solutions.
• Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and technical design documentation.
• Architect and evolve scalable contact center solutions across cloud platforms.
• Configure and customize IVR flows, routing strategies, and automation.
• Manage implementation, deployment, and upgrade activities for global clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise contact center platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with Talkdesk, specifically Talkdesk Studio.
• Proven experience with Genesys Cloud CX development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of SIP, VoIP, SBCs, and call routing principles.
• Experience integrating contact centers with CRM systems like Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Proven track record in CCaaS migration projects.
