Location: Remote-first with presence in the US, Canada, Spain, Netherlands, and the UK.
Compensation: $173,280 – $395,040 (US-based range).

What you will do
- Develop and execute consult-led propositions to drive new business for AI-powered contact centers.
- Collaborate with hyperscaler partners like Microsoft and Amazon to position as the partner of choice for contact center transformation.
- Drive sales and technical enablement for managed services and cross-practice opportunities.
- Provide solution leadership and thought leadership during key client engagements.
- Own growth targets for sales and revenue within the DWS AI-powered contact center business.
- Identify and implement strategies to scale talent and expertise within the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, workplace transformation, or IT services.
- Deep expertise in CCaaS/IVR platforms and conversational AI/NLP technologies.
- 5+ years of experience partnering with Microsoft and driving joint GTM activities.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link technology strategies to financial and operational outcomes.
- Experience working in a highly-matrixed global organization.
- Proven ability to drive consulting-led revenue and identify adjacent business opportunities.
