Location: Remote-first with presence in the US, Canada, Spain, Netherlands, and the UK.

Compensation: $173,280 – $395,040 (US-based range).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute consult-led propositions to drive new business for AI-powered contact centers.
  • Collaborate with hyperscaler partners like Microsoft and Amazon to position hirify.global as the partner of choice for contact center transformation.
  • Drive sales and technical enablement for managed services and cross-practice opportunities.
  • Provide solution leadership and thought leadership during key client engagements.
  • Own growth targets for sales and revenue within the DWS AI-powered contact center business.
  • Identify and implement strategies to scale talent and expertise within the organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, workplace transformation, or IT services.
  • Deep expertise in CCaaS/IVR platforms and conversational AI/NLP technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience partnering with Microsoft and driving joint GTM activities.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link technology strategies to financial and operational outcomes.
  • Experience working in a highly-matrixed global organization.
  • Proven ability to drive consulting-led revenue and identify adjacent business opportunities.

  • Relevant vendor certifications.
  • Technical eminence as a thought leader (blogging, podcasts, conference speaking).
